In November 2016 Sheiling Homes won the NHBC Award for small developer of the year and site of excellence for the Midlands region for 9 dwellings constructed on a 5 acre site at Church lawford in Warwickshire. The company was then entered into the National award finals held at London’s Westminster Plaza, representing the Midlands in the top ten nationwide small development sites of excellence for 2016.

 

 

Christmas at Kings Newnham view 2016 shows a real sense of community as all the residents of our latest development celebrate the festive season with a get together and a thank you to Ian for building their dream home. A message of true warmth that makes us proud to say that, not only do we create exciting new developments but we actually do build real communities.

 

 

In 2009 Director Steve Houchen along with our team of architects are invited to meet Prince Charles at his Highgrove estate brought about as a result of our commitment to installing renewable energy sources into all our builds as a standard detail. Both Solar and air source heating/hot water systems are a standard feature in all past and current developments.
